Kids’ wear is the type of magazine that makes you wish you were as half as cool as a child as the ones in it. However, as a “grown up”, it opened my eyes to a whole new fashion world I had no idea existed.- the conceptual Children’s wear market.
Every six months, the editors pick a theme and invite fine art photographers to collaborate in the magazine; might sound old and tested, but flipping through it feels the exact opposite. The spring/summer 2009 Brothers and Sisters Issue, explores the significance of siblings and gravity of brotherhood; displaying work by Olivier Sieber, Nan Goldin and Bruce Weber, to name a few.
